Renovation & Extension, Brighton East
Our renovation and extension in Brighton East has transformed our clients’ lifestyle and enjoyment of their home. Like so many homes of its era, the existing floor plan made it difficult for the family to enjoy time together in common spaces. The kitchen was disconnected from the living and dining room, there was no direct access to the garden and the rooms were small. Also, the interiors were tired and the home was cold and draughty.
By modifying the floor plan and adding a 44m2 rear extension, the home has been transformed enhancing easy & connected family living and our clients’ love of entertaining. The home is not only beautiful, it is also highly energy efficient. No more draughts and our clients now enjoy comfortable indoor temperatures with a smaller environmental footprint (a key objective).
