Gaia Construction is a boutique residential building company run by husband and wife team Jeremy Gates and Sue Davidson.
Jeremy has a long work history in the European market, including running his own successful building company in London, England, for more than 10 years. After moving to Melbourne in 2008, Jeremy worked as a project manager and carpenter delivering high end residential renovations and new builds in the Bayside area. He has been a registered building practitioner in Victoria since 2012, and is also a registered Green Living Builder and a Certified Passive House Tradesperson.
Combining in-depth knowledge of current Australian standards and practices with experience in leading edge European methods and materials, Jeremy brings a unique set of skills and perspectives to every project.
Jeremy’s project management and building expertise is complemented by the client and administrative support provided by Business Manager, Sue Davidson.
Sue is an environmental lawyer and, having worked in large city law firms for many years, her professional approach and understanding of the demands on busy clients ensures that Gaia Construction provides an exceptional level of customer service and communication.
Jeremy and Sue are supported by a group of skilled, diligent and friendly carpenters and a network of trusted subcontractors.
Gaia Construction’s team has been selected for their attention to detail, experience and proven ability to deliver high quality work within strict building deadlines.
