New Residence, Malvern
This new architecturally designed residence was completed in December 2015. The building was constructed using pre-cast concrete panels with polished and textured concrete exterior finishes. This is the same fast-track construction method we adopted for our Elwood townhouse development and gave us an opportunity to apply our expertise and experience in pre-cast concrete construction.
