Townhouses, Elwood
Designed by Millar Robertson Architects, the 3 luxury townhouses that we completed in December 2014 are a refreshingly different approach to multi-unit development. By constructing the building using Hollow Core pre-cast concrete, we were able to complete the townhouses in only 15 months and the building’s polished concrete exterior is an attractive and low maintenance finish.
The development includes two double car stackers (an innovative solution to the challenges of a small site), a private lift and high quality fixtures, fittings and finishes selected by interior designers Eades and Bergman.
Sustainability features include double glazing throughout, extensive use of insulation, solar photovoltaic panels, use of recycled timber and recyclable materials and rain gardens. Attention to detail is the hallmark of this development.
