This home renovation in Brighton was our first design and build project.
Our clients approached us after purchasing the home, which was dated and had an awkward and confusing layout. They saw its potential and we worked together on reconfiguring the home to suit them and their lifestyle perfectly. Removing walls and re-purposing rooms (including converting a workshop area into a new guest bedroom and ensuite) created a spacious home that ‘makes sense’ and provides beautiful light spaces to enjoy today’s open plan indoor/outdoor living. The interiors are a testament to our clients’ style and exquisite taste.
As well as being a beautiful home, it is also now an extremely comfortable and energy efficient home to live in. The home is now well insulated and with double glazing, solar power, a heat pump and other energy efficient solutions, the clients will be enjoying the benefits for years to come.
