It’s hard to believe that this absolutely stunning family home used to be a modest house with an ‘odd’ floorplan and dated interiors.
The transformation was achieved by cleverly reconfiguring the internal spaces and extending the house to the front, side and rear adding an extra 50% of living space.
From the repositioned front entrance and elegant new entrance hallway to the spacious, light filled and airy open plan kitchen and indoor/outdoor living areas and new pool at the rear of the house, this exceptional new home now flows effortlessly for easy, comfortable and fun family living and entertaining.
The most striking features of this project are the 5m high raked ceilings in the open plan area and extending over the alfresco and pool creating an amazing sense of space, and the beautifully designed and selected finishes throughout the home. Our client is an interior designer with high end residential experience and you can see her exquisite taste and attention to detail throughout the home.
